Christmas (Glitter)Ball - Outfit Post.

A little lack of blogging this week, apologies, but it's that time of year, I'm working full hours 5/6 days a week now! 

This weekend I am off to a Christmas meal and ball with my dad (and many others) so of course I needed an outfit! I was going to buy a new dress but during a wardrobe clear-out last week I found a dress I've never worn before. It's puffy, it's glittery and it's perfect for hiding a full tum:

I bought this dress from a stall in Camden about a year ago for £40.

Necklace from River Island bought by my mum last Xmas.

You can see the sparkle, it is kinda all over but it's subtle and not tacky.
I also added pearls and curled my hair so a more 'quaint' look.

Can you see my goosebumps - so cold will have to wear nude tights!
 So that's my outfit! I'll probably just sling on a leather jacket to keep warm getting in and out of taxis.

    Hope you have a lovely time at the ball... sadly I have no festive activities lined up, although I did spend a significant part of last weekend dressed as a zebra... (no joke) xxx

    I love the dress it's so pretty and like you said glittery but not tacky. I love the Primark shoes too, I love nude shoes :)
    Yes for tights....I'm going to have to wear leggings as tights are just not doing it. Love this outfit and you will be turning heads lady xxx

You look lovely :) I am enjoying the sparkles - love cleaning out the wardrobe and coming accross a few hidden 'gems' haha excuse the pun ;) I have no festive parties planned as of yet, but I have a nice dress to wear so I may need to organise a wee night out with the girls so I can get it oot! the dress too :p hahaha sorry I am full of shite today. thank lordy its friday.
