An Ikea Christmas.

On Saturday I popped in to Ikea, I want to live in a little cubical Ikea house so badly, they make it looks so cosy despite people milling in and out! Come the 1st Nov all the shops (including the one I work in) shall be putting up the decs' and getting the music ready for that dreaded 'C' word....CHRISTMAS! Well Ikea already had theirs out and I really couldn't resist picking up a few bits. You can see what they have to offer on the website HERE, here are my favourites from the site:

Gifts bags £1.99, 3 tins £5.99, Ribbon £1.99, Star lights £8.99

And here is what Christmas goodies I couldn't resist:

Winter and Deer print wrapping paper - £1.59 each

Candles - £1.99 each

Moose and Snake - 39p each! Plus £1 gets donated to Unicef so I got 2 :)

Woodland cookie cutters - £2.99 - were these made just for me?!

Winter mug - £2.99

Swedish meatball sauce - 55p each amazzzinngg!!
Going round Ikea just made me want my own place even more!

What did you all get upto this weekend? Everyone been watching Xfactor? Do you hate Cher? Then Follow me on Twitter haha :)
Much love

  2. Ooh, brilliant, I love Ikea - my friend went on a date to Ikea recently and they had a little picnic in one of the kitchen showrooms and didn't get thrown out, which just shows what a cool place Ikea is. Love the tins, candles and mug - might have to pick them up myself!
I loved your X Factor tweets; gah, I hate Cher, she reminds me of all the popular girls I hated in school!

  13. Awesome post! I went there the other day and loved every second of it. This post has reminded me that I bought some xmas cards from there and can't find them now... Must search for them!
Love all of your picks, wish I'd spotted the cookie cutters! Amazing!
I need to go back there ASAP.
I hate Cher to the extent I replied to my boyfriend's 62 year old mother's text message revelation that she had a soft spot for Cher with "We'll have to agree to disagree on that dead-eyed little bint." May not have done much for family relations, but I can't help it when it comes to that pikey slag.

The things you got are amazing - I'm so jealous!

I can't stand that Cher girl. I really don't get what everyone seems to see in her. She's so incredibly annoying. (That's definitely the censored version of my thoughts on her!)

  36. Ohhhhhh I'm in love. I need a moose and a snake in my life for 39p they are too cute! And I can't believe how quickly Christmas is being sprung on us. It was only summer a few weeks ago boo.

And yes, I hate Cher too! I don't like how most people are in it for the love of singing whereas her and Katie just seem like fame hunters. And she's such a little pikey. Grr I could rant for a while so I'm going to stop now ha.

P.S Loving your blog *New Follower* :)

Ok long post now over, sorry, ha x

  42. The Ikea catalogue is my version of porn. I basically drool over it all day - sad or what? I do feel a bit justified though, because there's only one Ikea in Ireland and it's nowhere near where I live. Sad face.

  43. I am in love with Swedish cream sauce! It's just amazing. Anywhere that sells 25p cinnamon donuts as well as mattresses and scented candles is a winner for me!

  44. I can't wrap a gift so save my life. Hopefully, I can afford to give my mother a coffee maker this year. I'll have a chance to give it another go then. That whole spiel was because I love the wrapping paper you've got! The candles aren't so bad either.
