Boots Gift With Purchase - Collection 2000 and Models Own.

Upon hearing the River Island sale started Thursday, I woke up really early and headed into tow to catch a bargain. Much to my dismay there was nothing in my size - boo!

So I went on over to Boots where I thought I'd cheer myself up by buying more unneeded cosmetics (my poor make-up bag is about the burst!)

Heres what I picked up:

With Collection 2000 it was spend £4 and get a free Pure Gloss sheer lipgloss worth £1.99

Eyeshadow Trio Pallet - £2.99, which I needed anyway.

Hot Looks nail polish in Parma Violet - £1.79, comes out a dark blue/purple and chipped easily :(

Gloss comes in different colours, I chose No.2 'Lollipop'

This is on my hand, its bright and look thick.

But on I was pleasantly surprised, its not thick and isn't sticky at all.

Plus it tastes just like Vanilla!

Next up, Models Own had buy ANY polish and get a free Shape It file/buffer.

I chose 'Snow White' - £5, I needed a white to do my little nail art attempts.

Has a 'rough' nail file side.

Even and Smooth.

Buff and Shine - and shine it does!!

So make sure you go out and pick up these bargains before they go!

Elle UK Free Gift - Complaint!

Every month I look forward to my magazine subscriptions dropping through my letterbox seeing who is on the cover and what free goodies and discounts I have inside.

Today my Elle UK came through, Lily Allen on the front, Elle

Club discounts and a Paul and Joe Sister T-shirt - cool!

Never had a shirt through with a mag before, opened it up, put it on....fits nicely, it's not my style but nice and then I noticed....

A hole! Eek!

However then I looked a little closer and saw that the piping aorund the neckline wasn't sealed and just open with tufts of thread coming from it. Maybe this was the style of the shirt however some of it WAS closed like a normal shirt should be which makes me think that this is just really low quality.

I then checked the stitching and down the armpits was ripping already. I had no struggle getting it on and it fit perfectly so it wasn't me mishandling the product at all.

If anybody else has this problem or even if you don't, let me know it's not just me or maybe i have a one off.

Also if anybody from Elle stumbles upon this - I do love you Elle but seriously...?
