Friday Favourites.

Happy Weekend!

I was meant to do an outfit post today but I feel so run-down and achey (I hope its not a flu coming on!) that I just wanted to eat soup and lay and watch documentaries. Wah. So here are my Friday Favourites seeing as I haven't done one for a while!

Anyway, here are the things I've fallen for this week:

Just The Ticket - Ticket Stub Organizer
I don't know about you but I keep ticket stubs for EVERYTHING I do/see/go to EVER! I love having the memories but i just end up littering them about! This is the best book everrr.

Clarks Originals Deserts Hugs - £89
Um HELLO Winter boots - you need to be mine now!
I Like Cats Sweater - Burger and Friends
Well Duh?

Taxidermy Bee Ring - Tatty Bon
I love entomology and taxidermy. Infact I have even begin pinning my own bugs that I found dead whilst on a walk - but thats another post where I can share the story with you!
(Note the Bee's used by Tatty Bon have lived out their natural lives and were not harmed!)
Ceramic Butterfly Coasters - Sass & Belle
These are the most perfect things, I have no coasters at the moment in my new place so I absolutely need these. They fit in SO well with my living room - which I have a sneak peak of coming soon ;)
Liberace Kitty Ears
THE kitty ears everybody is talking about from the amazing new collection from Rock n' Roll Bride x Crown and Glory.

Hope you have an amazing weekend!

Candyfloss Hair and Ice Cream Headband

Crown and Glory - Ice Cream Headband

Oops! I got bored last Thursday and decided to dye my hair candyfloss pink again!
On Friday I went to London to see The Stone Roses at Finsbury Park - it was incredible! And last night I ended up very last minute with a ticket to see Rihanna and David Guetta which was also lots of fun.

How cute is this floral headband from Crown and Glory? The colours match my hair perfectly and I love wearing accessories in my hair as you can see I also had a little pearl headband to poof my hair out a bit.
How do you wear your hair? I'm looking for some new fun things to try!

Style Inspiration - Lana Del Rey.

Lana Del Rey is one of my fashion icons - I love her! She is so simple yet amazing, her personality shines through her style and if you listen to her music too (which I adore) you can totally pick up on this. New music doesn't really appeal to me much these days but Lana's amazing lyrics (which she wrote every word herself) speak volumes to me and her haunting voice makes me feel so dreamy.

Here are my Lana Del Rey inspired fashions:

COCO Shorts - Ukulele
WILDFOX Sequin Skull Blouse - Via SpoiledBrat.co.uk

If anyone knows where I can get this shirt... holla.
Whole Lotta Rosie Ice Cream Headband - Crown & Glory
WILDFOX Rose Gold Curved Ring - via AdHoc London
Heart Shaped Sunglasses - ASOS

Do you like Lana Del Rey and her style?
What ladies inspire you?

Tomorrow I am shooting with the awesome Julian Castaldi (who has shot pictures with Liam Gallagher and Iggy Pop) and his gorgeous wife Ellie (who has done make-up for Sophie Dahl), the shoot will be all about American flags, skateboards and old American bikes - I'm super excited!

Crown and Glory.

I love handmade goods! There is nothing better than having totally unique items you know you can wear proudly and know you are probably not going to bump into the same girl wearing the same thing (isn't it awkward). I came across Crown and Glory when the lady behind it all, Sophie, added me on twitter and we got chatting, I immediately got excited as soon as I checked out the site - handmade hair pieces!

Sophie told me that Crown and Glory is made all by herself and is just a passion she has and loves to do in her spare time. This is also how I feel about my blog so here's to a dedicated Crown and Glory post!

Here are some of my favourite bits from the site:

And here is my piece:

Beautiful packaging - it also had sweets in yum!

Orlaith Comb - £6
I've never used a comb piece in my hair before, I adore it! It stays in for ages!

What do you think? What items do you like?

Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend and nobody has been blown away by this insane wind we are having in the UK!
Peace
