Zara Homeware: Living Room.

I love my living room I've posted numerous photos of it online (you can see some here) and I kind of have a theme going on a you can see although I have no idea what to describe it as!

It's only about 70% how I totally want it to look so I'm constantly looking at dreamy things to go in there and make it complete. My favourite site, which is continuously updated and always unusual and just my style, is Zara Home. So here are a few of my current favourite pieces for my living room:

living room inspiration zara
Embroidered Floral Cushion.
I love the colours on this cushion.
zara home
Insect Glass.
This would make a gorgeous candle holder, I have a small insect theme going on in my living room.
living room inspiration
Insect Vase.
Keeping in theme I think this vase is just fabulous and I'd fill it with flowers every week.
zara home
Paisley Throw.
I have two throws in the living room and two sofas however I've put both of them on one sofa as I love snuggling up into them to keep warm and cozy.
zara home
Incense Holder.
I have 3 incense holders in my living room but I love this unusual round one.
It would be perfect in my fireplace.
zara home
Wood and Metal Lantern.
We already have the big wood style floorlight but this little lantern across the otherside of the room on the table would look so cute.

Does your living room have some kind of decorative theme? Or what is your dream theme?

Hope you're having a great week

Mushroom Sweater - outfit post.

Hello!
I bought this wonderful mushroom print sweater when I was in Paris (almost a year ago now!) from Zara - I never saw it over here so maybe they have different things? Anyway I've been doing alot of thinking this past week about Paris and how wonderful it and that time was for me (you can see my Paris posts here, here and here) which also reminded me that it was my blogs 1 year anniversary yesterday (21st) - can't believe I held something down for a year ;)

Mushroom Sweater - Zara 20euro.
Shorts - ASOS
White Tank (so old it has holes in as you can see) -H&M.

I love wearing shorts with a jumper over, it's perfect for indoor/warm but rainy weather.

In other news I'm heading to my family homeland of Manchester to meet up with a friend as we are off to see Glee Live tour! I AM SO EXCITED! I had no idea what to wear, old reader may remember my Rachel Berry dress up  post? - well I'm not wearing that haha! I'm sure I will decide 10 mins before I have to run for the train.

Anyway I hope all of you are having a great week so far!
and as requested in my last post - any of your fave beauty blogs you can link me to would be great!

Lace and Gold - outfit post.

So right now I'm supposed to be having fun at Brighton Fashion Week but due to unforeseen circumstances I am no longer doing this but instead sat at home! Still 6 days off work so can't complain!

So today we had some great sunshine here in the UK and I popped on this little lace number:

Peach Lace Dress - Zara
Belt - Primark
Spike Bracelet - Topshop. It was £1!

I got the dress about 2 years ago and never really wore it until last year when I wore it to the Lady Gaga Monster's Ball.
It has a silk slip thing underneath.

So floaty and perfect for the sunshine! How did you spend your day?

Don't forget that you have 2 more days to enter my Sigma giveaway so get on it!

WOLFGANG - outfit post.

See my last post for basically this whole outfit. I just wanted to show you all my super new backpack which has basically been glued to my back since I got it:

I changed my shorts to my high-waisted denims from Zara to stop ultimate clashing.

Here she is. Going to make bike-riding and roller skating so much easier! From ASOS.

Picked up this cute little belt from Primark for £1.
Please excuse the state of my nails, I have now applied new ones!  Colour is Austin-tatious Turquoise by OPI.

Tomorrow is the big day for Kate and William, I am in London for the occasion as I am in fact her cheif bridesmaid! Surprise!

Just playin' I'm actually off to see Odd Future (OFWGKTA) check them/some of them out HERE - they are already getting huge and the show sold out in like an hour so this is going to be super special!

On Sunday I'm off to see Best Coast which I'm equally as excited for.

Hope you all enjoy the wedding!

Heartbreak Hotel - outfit post.

Hey!
This is the outfit I wore this weekend. First up I went to TGI Fridays for some chicken fingers, after this I went to see the film Submarine - GO SEE IT! It's really sweet and just a generally good film. The soundtrack is also just wonderful, it's by Alex Turner, I'm not an Arctic Monkeys fan but this is good!

Anyway here it goes:

Bowling Shirt - Mango.
Belt - Primark.
High-Waisted Shorts - Zara.
Headband - New Look.

I wore it with my new bag if you remember from THIS Primark haul post.

Had this ring for aprox. 1million years.
It's from Topshop it was £3. But it tarnished to high hell so....

...I used this amazing Tuesday Tip from the wonderful Gem Fatale.
Just used some Silver BarryM on it.
The weird face is due to Eminem's new video being on and sounding like a Hip-op Brokeback Mountain.

I realise I haven't done many beauty posts recently but I've been real broke and can't afford any new make-up/products. I have been using one but it involves my stomach and I shall not be posting pics of that ;p
Anyway maybe I'll do a fave lipstick post soon.

Hope you all had a fab weekend

The One That Got Away - outfit post!

This is what I wore yesterday, me and my BFF went out for food and cinema for some Ashton Kutcher eye candy ;)

We saw 'No Strings Attached', I'm really not into the whole romantic-comedy genre but this film was actually really funny. I may be bias as I LOVE Natalie Portman and Ashton Kutcher is mmmm hott, plus it also had Kelly from The American Office in it which anyone who follows me on Tumblr or Twitter knows I'm a nut for!

Blouse - New Look £18 (I get discount as I work next door).
Peg-Legs - Zara £30 + belt.

I kept my make-up to a minimum just wearing heavy eye-liner on the top lid and a Bobbi Brown lipgloss.
Necklace is from Topshop.

Owl Ring - H&M
Nail Polish - The One That Got Away - Katy Perry for OPI.

In other news I updated my blogroll list (to the left there, you see it?) and also got some really exciting news - I am now an Aussie Angel! I'm part of the 'Aussome Volume Tribe' so look out for that!

Hope your week is going smoothly!

New Outfit - Tapered Trousers.

Thankyou for all the comments on my last new outfit post, some of them made me laugh I didn't know wether to take offense or what at some of the comments! Anyway lets move on to the next one:

Tapered trousers are everywhere right now! I had some in the summer that were linen (with a paperbag top) but wanted some for winter too.

Trousers - Zara
£29.99

They fit really well, I rolled the bottoms up to give them the tapered end effect.

The trousers came with a thin tan belt - which is obviously an excellent added bonus!

The shoes:

Nude courts - Primark
£10

So there is part 2 of my mini spree, I have some amazing boots to show you soon, aswell as one more purchase!
Hope your weekend has been fun filled and you've all wrapped up warm!

What I wore - Schools Out.

Yesterday I had the day off, and my tripod came! But as a novice I wasn't so great at taking pics so here it is... what I wore yesterday - School Girl Inspired!

a grey top with a white collard shirt underneath and my new cardigan.

Shorts - Primark

The cardigan I bought last Monday, is a chunk knit with teacher elbow pads!
£39.99 Zara.

I had painted my nail black so I accessorised with this
silver spike stud ring.
£2.99 H&M

Without the cardigan.
Yes I am wearing Silly Bandz, keepin' it skool style!

These are my brogue style heels I paired with the outfit.
