Fluffy Jumper - outfit post.

Last weekend we took a trip down to the Mumbles in Swansea. The weather was perfect so we walked all down the harbour, got an amazing ice cream (mine was black cherry and vanilla) and then found a little rocky beach to explore.

This is the outfit I wore:

In Autumn/Winter I basically live in a skirt and jumper and I recently picked up a black fluffy jumper from Primark for £10. I'd seen them in Topshop about 20 minutes previously for £45 (or £35 for a cropped one) and couldn't really say no to the bargain. I know the quality won't be as good and also Topshop did have some amazing colours but i couldn't justify the price-tag for such a similar item! I really hope Primark do some more fun colours like this mint fluffy jumper or this multi coloured fluffy jumper.

Little Checkered Dress - outfit post.

It's been so sunny/warm/stuffy here in Cardiff this month that I just haven't worn tights in SO long, I am constantly in little day dresses. 

This is a dress my mum picked out for me (well done mum!) on a recent visit to see me. I love anything like this country girl style and it's been such a great investment for this weather:

Things I've Loved This Week.

How adorable is this Swinging Cat necklace by Red Brick? It comes in different colours too, the pink one is also adorable!

I'm so in love with this gorgeous Blue Floral blouse by EverOurs. It looks like a China plate (in the best way possible!) lucky it says 'coming soon' instead of 'add to cart' otherwise I'd be too tempted!

Uh oh EverOurs wins again! Totally fitting in with my new tattoo and my obsession with all things from ancient Egypt, this is glorious! 

I fell head over heels for these wonderful little River Island Crochet shoes - how perfect for spring!

My skin is definitely feeling neglected recently so I've been on the look out for some new products that you don't need to use everyday. How delish does a Mango & Peach face mask sound? 

I squeaked when I saw this! How sweet is this little 'Percy' Cat tote? Also I noticed that Miristudio is a Cardiff based online seller - rad!

My love for all things taxidermy has come to a new level! This amazing Saber Tooth Tiger brooch by Hungry Designs looks so awesome mounted, there is also a Triceratops!  These should totally be made into full size models for hanging on walls!

Lust list: Cowboy Boots

Coming back from my trip to London I stopped by lots of cute vintage and second hand stores, the main thing I fell for was all the old cowboy boots. This set my little country soul on a mission to find me some cowboy boots I could wear casually but due to lack of funds only dream of!

I am so in love with these Aztec Boots from Nasty Gal - luckily they are not in my size otherwise I would spend my last pennies on them!

Cemetery Polka - outfit post.

I'm really missing the sunshine at the moment, there's been snow, hail and mental thunderstorms over here in Cardiff all in the past week which makes for going out for walks and trips a right pain!

Luckily there was a one day gap where the sun came out and the weather wasn't too bitter for a stroll around Cathays Cemetery. I've had a morbid curiosity since I was young but It's such a peaceful place to go for a walk, there are different sections (including a huge Victorian area) and it's one of the largest cemeteries in the UK.

There We Were, Now Here We Are - outfit post.

Here we go, my first proper blog post for almost a year!

I've missed it alot and I know getting back into it won't be easy but I've spent a long time planning posts to keep a steady pace. I've still got a little bit of work to do, for example I really want to change my layout but I'm totally useless at technology (any pointers would be very much appreciated!).

Living in Cardiff now means I am surrounded by beautiful places to visit and go on long walks, I could walk around looking at nature and exploring for hours and hours. Also they make for interesting outfit post pictures, so here it goes...

My mum bought me this parka from ASOS for Christmas. I've never been so in love with a coat!
It has a detachable hood and fleece lining so it's good for all year round. Well done mum!

There are so many little streams all over the woodland, its super pretty even in Winter.

What A Stud!

Being unemployed and living in town meant I had alot of time to window shop but no money to buy. Thankfully now I am employed (and get paid weekly) I can't wait to hit the shops hard!

Last weekend my best friend came up to visit me and we are both like magpies to anything studded, here are my favourite studalicious pieces I have been lusting after:

Rip Her To Shreds - outfit post.

First up, thanks for all the lovely comments on my last post! Loved seeing what you all thought!

Second, my new flat has hardly any light so all my outfit posts look grainy and have gone to hell, but I'll try sort something soon.

Today my housemate decided he wanted to bleach his hair so I spent all day doing that and laughing at the awkward ginger stage, anyway here is what I wore for such an occasion:

I kinda think it makes me look a bit like a waitress but I still dig it.

I've re-dyed his hair since then and it looks ALOT better, and he does have an arm it's just broken.

Also late last night I had an email saying this blog would be in The Times today so that was kinda nice to see my silly face on page 24.
