Mermaid Nails

Happy Easter weekend!

I'm going to be spending the weekend eating loads of bad things (obviously) and making delicious Butterscotch ice cream - recipe soon to come! 

Last week when I was back home in Devon I did these ombre mermaid nails - I loveeeed them!

I used Barry M Teal and Mint and sponged the ombre.
Then I added Pink glitter - Teenage Dream from Katy Perry x OPI and some cute anchor and heart nail tattoos (seen in my LAST nail post).

I wish I could have beautiful real nails but they just don't grow :(

Tie-Dye Bow Nails

Living with 4 boys I love any female company I can get! Sadly one of my besties here in Cardiff is moving to Birmingham this week so we decided to have a girly send off including doing nails and cocktails:

We used the ol' sponge technique and used blue and pink (which when they met maid a purple in between)
I then added glitter and a bow nail tattoo (which you can get from Skinart.com, Boots and Urban Outfitters)

Also today I dyed my hair lilac so these nails match wonderfully!
