I Love My Clarks.

I've mentioned a couple times on my blog that I've been after some Clarks and this Christmas I finally got lucky! I got my favourite pair - the Desert Hugs.

They are a suede desert boot with a fur inside lining to keep feet extra snuggly in the cold weather and also makes you feel like you are walking on a little cloud.  

I've refused to wear them in the rain but I'm hoping we are out of the storm now and my feet can get cosy and warm without getting soggy!

The Joys of a New Year: New Stationary!

One of the best things about a new year for me is new stationary! I don't have any idea why but I know alot of people are with me on this one. I used to get excited as a kid by buying new pens, pencil cases and notepads and now as an adult it's turned into planners and diaries. 

I thought I'd share with you my new 2014 stationary and some others that I adore too:

Tick-List notepad, Daily diary, Monthly planner, cats pens, a lined notepad and sticky-note bookmarks.

I LOVE making lists so my Mr.Fox tick-list notepad is my ultimate for EVERYTHING! I also have the 5-Year Q&A journal and a 'Listography' for listing future plans. I use my 2014 Monthly planner (pictured) for blog planning and ideas.

Check It Out: BT Infinity LIVE Twitter Game Show!

To celebrate the bargainous sale of BT Infinity Broadband for only £7.50 - BT are hosting the first ever LIVE Twitter game show named 'Guess The Prize'.

@BT_UK will be hosting a game show-style competition every hour from 12pm until 5pm tomorrow (Friday 10th Jan) where you have 7 minutes and 50 seconds to view a live 'conveyor belt' stream of items in which you have to guess the item that is priced at £7.50.

There are bundles of prizes to be won for the correct answer tweeted and for those who can't make the hourly games, there will be a a 5 hour slot at 4.08pm where you have until 9pm to enter.

The Damned - Topshop Lipstick Review.

Hey everyone!

I have a little review for you today on a new lipstick I spontaneously purchased whilst spending my birthday money last week. 

I actually saw a poster on the beauty counter for 'The Damned' (sold on the name alone) Topshop Beauty collection. The girl on the posters lips looked a beautiful deep purple/red colour and I made the massive mistake of not swatching the tester first! I saw the strip of colour on the packaging (see picture below) and assumed this was 'the one'.

When I got it open it looked still quite dark but once it was on it was more of a bright pinky-purple, but it's still a lovely colour:

The finish is velvety but also has a good moisture to it so your lips are still smooth and lasted about 4 hours.

I actually ended up really loving the colour as the more I applied the darker it got and it went well with my hair.

I Love Lara - outfit post.

2014 is here! Happy New Year folks! 

I spent me New Year with a huge group of my pals partying in houses which was super fun. My Birthday was also yesterday (the 2nd) so I've been a pretty busy bee the past 3 weeks but now it's time to settle back into routines.

I wore this outfit over to Merthyr last weekend as the weather was sunny but also pretty chilly, with all the 'Borg' I felt like a blue haired, less athletic Lara Croft in the first Tomb Raider for Playstation 1 (remember that?!):

My hair that was purple/supposed to be lilac is now...blue. I actually quite like it.
