Nautical Nails.

She Wore Red Velvet, Antique Tiara and Nail Tattoos.
Available at skinartuk.com, Urban Outfitters and Boots.
I kept it pretty simple, I like just wearing a tattoo on one nail and mixing up the colours.
I did originally put white stripes on the red nails BUT it looks so bad haha!
Hope you all had a great weekend! I've been super busy, the boys in my house are going away on tour for a week so I've decided to take Prince down to Devon with me on Thursday.

You Are A Tourist - moving day post!

Hey everyone!

As I said before I am moving up to Cardiff as of next week so I will be without internet for a couple weeks. I will be coming back to my mums for one night so will try and schedule a few things but I have no time at all to take outfit pics so please bear with me!

I just thought I'd share with you a couple new things I've picked up to take with me:

Urban Outfitters Jacquard rug. Unfortunately my kitty Pippa can't come with me but will be staying with my mum. I will miss her SO much but will see her everytime I come home.

Mushroom salt n' pepper pots. Bought from eBay.

Urban Outfitters Anchor Bath slip-mat. In the sale and very me!

As soon as I sort everything out I will do a post having a nosy round my new place, I'm excited but also nervous.

Any bloggers/readers out there from Cardiff or surrounding areas? Get in touch I need friends :P

Double Ring It.

I was going through some old posts and came across THIS old post (as you can see it was done in OLD Blogger which was much, much better and nicer) about some of my favourite jewelry.

Anyway just a short picture post of my 'double finger' rings, which I love:

1.  Anchor - Asos £8 - The rope bit on it goes all the way round to make the actual ring if that makes sense? As most of you know I have a anchor tattoo on my wrist and I just have a general nautical themed everything so it's perfect!

2.  Cross - Asos £8 - Dun dun duuun the famous double cross ring, the whole world and his wife has one I know, I know. Also you can just see about my most awesome Hall & Oates t-shirt.

3.  Love - Accessorize £6 - Bought this ages ago, as you can see I'm swearing at the thought of 'love' I'm so 'bah humbug' to all things valentine/love themed right now!

Today I've been listening to some bands I used to love from my early teens for example, Finch, Brand New and Taking Back Sunday, I'm feeling SO reminiscent of 2001-2006. I forget how obsessed with bands I got, now it doesn't phase me, even if we are sharing hot wings, BBQ and beers - but that's a different story ;)

Hope your week is going well!

Urban Outfitters SALE!

Most shops around have the Summer Sales on. Nothing took my fancy in Bristol this weekend, until I got to Urban Outfitters.

Now anybody who knows me will know I can't resist anything with an Anchor on, I even have one tattooed on me, so how could I resist this beauty?!:

This super cute anchor Tee was £12.99 from £28. Bargain!
I love the little pocket and it fits like a dream.

Next up I spotted this wonderful Pink Flamingo Tee, remember me saying Tropical is in this season?:

It says 'I'm in Miami' and yes I did use Google Translator...
It wears as quite a long top but will be nice with shorts.
£13.99 from £28.00

I'm currently doing up an old table I got for FREE at a carboot sale (pics will be up when I've finished) - ready to be my new sewing box. I saw this and had to have:

It has a tape measure, needles, pins, 10 different colour threads, buttons and the colourful head pins pictured.
£4.99 from £15.00

Last but not least is my favourite buy - the Woodland Mushroom nightlight:

I really didn't expect it to light up as much as it does, its so bright! The picture doesn't do it justice.
£2.99 from £6.00

So there we have it, a successful summer sales shopping trip!
Hope you all had a good weekend.

Jewels, Jewels, Jewels!

This is currently where I am keeping all of my jewelry,, hanging from 3 different stands and also some in a box just behind this. Ignore the Panda cookies...

The main reason I'm attracted to most of my jewelry is because it's unusual. Here are some of my favorite pieces I own, they are all high-street but I love them all the same.

Necklaces:

1. Pink Flamingo, Pearls and a bright Pink bow - what more could I ask for! Its a long length necklace and I just fell in love with the large, pink -jeweled flamingo. From Topshop.

2. The owl necklace I bought from Ebay, it was £1.60 with free postage. What a gorgeous bargain!

3. This is a weird one, its length is slightly longer than a normal necklace but not long enough to dangle down. However its wonderful and the little clasp to the birdcage even works!

Bracelets:

1. This charm bracelet is very feminine, so cute, I love every single little charm on it, my favorites are the diamante horse shoe and the coral colored heart with lock in the middle. From Accessorize.

2. This is from Topshop. Its a very simple charm, 2 bows, 2 anchors . Well I love anything anchor and the baby blue floral one its the best! Chunky fake looking gold is borderline tacky/wonderful!

3. My boyfriend bought me this, its a New York City themed charm bracelet - need I say more?! Favorite charm is the letters 'NYC' and the Manhattan cocktail.

Rings:

1. Double 'Love' ring, I adore double rings and this is unfortunately the only one I own! it's from Accessorize, sits well and doesn't feel like my fingers are binded together at all.

2. Owl gem ring from Topshop - well look at it... its so cute! Best part are his eyebrows in lilac colored gems.

3. My mum bought me this HUGE flower diamante and pearl ring for Christmas, its adjustable which is great because I have the worlds skinniest fingers. Great for special occasions (but have to watch my drinking when wearing as I'm too scared to lose or damage it!)

4. Big, chunky, plastic, floral, diamond ring. From Accessorize I love it SO much only problem is I've worn it to work and the alcohol in the perfume has worn away the plasticy gold paint :(

That's all for today, will be trying out some recipes soon so stay tuned!
Peace x
