Lingerie Pretties

A friend of mine once said "there is no point in buying fancy underwear unless somebody is going to see it". She also said in the same breath "it doesn't matter if you do wear fancy underwear anyway 'cus nobody ever pays attention to it if they are seeing it." - *insert cry-laughing emoji here*

I personally feel that buying a nice underwear set makes me feel good! I look good and feel super confident in it - regardless of if it's only me seeing it or if Evan Peters was in the room with me (plz let that happen?).

I've been having a browse at some pretty lingerie online and here are my faves:

Kyoto Ivory Set - Wacoal.
This is such a delicate and pretty pattern and in my usual underwear styles.

Mae High Waisted Brief - Fantasie
NO underwear makes me feel more confident than some high-waisted bottoms. They shape my bootay perfectly and tuck in my hips. Love ittt!

Satin Balconette Bralet and High Waisters - Topshop
I would actually love to treat myself to this. I LOVE the bralettes cage style - sadly I don't think it will fit my massive knockers in there! Topshop needs to cater for bigger boobs!! They do have it in the shorter style which I could probably def persuade myself to go for...

Crochet Lace Set - Forever 21
I never normally do white (heh) but this is so pretty! 

Louisa Bra - John Lewis.
This is so pretty and dainty. I love the dusky blue.

Minnie Set - Panache Cloe (via Bravissimo)
Love the cutie yellow and blue colours on this. Also love Panache for catering to them bigger boobies.

Well in the space of me writing this I actually did order the Topshop set (in the shorter bra) and also a t-shirt with a cat on it. I'm my banks worst nightmare.

Love You Boux.

Since I went for a bra fitting last year I've finally realised the importance of finding the right fitting bra. Not only is it great comfort but I also feel so much more confident when I look at myself in the mirror, nothing hangs out or squishes in - it just looks right and pretty.

I want to show off my latest lingerie set from Boux Avenue. I'd never heard or seen Boux Avenue until I had moved to Cardiff but instantly loved it the shop is set out like a lovely secret boudoir but this time I shopped online:

Inside there are lightly scented plastic rose petals that smell amazing, I've mixed them in my underwear draw.

This bra is so comfy and the print is exclusively designed for Boux Avenue. The briefs have a thin, soft, see-through black back to them and have a cute lace that goes all the way around the trim.

Having the gift-wrap packaging as a free extra was such a nice touch it was kind of like 'Dear Me, Love Me.'

Happy 1st Birthday My Curves & Me!

Hello!

Lucky ol' me got to join in the celebration of the lingerie website My Curves & Me's 1st Birthday this month by getting to choose some underwear! YAY! I swear it's my new fave thing (as you may have guessed!). I was sent a little gift in the form of beautiful lingerie. 

My Curves & Me was set up by lingerie company Panche for the *ahem* more 'fuller' figure at amazingly cheap prices. I've learnt that my new obsession comes at a price! 

Now I got curves (a big ol' butt and size DD boobies) so of course this is something I support and am more than happy to help celebrate! YAY CURVES!

Celebrating National Cupcake Week With Lingerie!

Happy National Cupcake Week!

And thats's not all I'm celebrating as this post here marks my 300TH Post!! 

I was contacted by Debenhams to celebrate this awesome week with cute lingerie and cupcakes! So while I stuff my face - take a look at my lingerie review:

I have to be honest here - I FREAKING HATE THONGS! This one is SO pretty and I have tried it on but maybe it's because I have such a ghetto booty that it just feeling like butt-floss and i really can't feel comfy in them.

The bra I love though, the material is soft and it isn't padded but has great underwiring and wiring along the sides to give full support. Gorgeous are DD-H bra's and with my new-found big-boobies I was like 'ohh yeah I'm DD!' haha :P

So I urge you to get in your undies - curl up under a blankie and scoff cupcakes for this special occasion!
