The Big Day - outfit post.

A little different outfit post for you today - this is the dress I wore to my Mothers wedding last weekend.

It took me so long to choose a dress, we're not really a traditional kinda family, the wedding reception was in a local pub and we ate chicken kebabs for the meal (as well as other food!) so I didn't want your usual kinda fancy looking dress. I actually bought 3 from ASOS and tried them all but this one was the clear winner!

The pub (you can see the outdoor seating) was right on this beautiful river.
Casio Watch - TheWatchHut
I usually wear my gold Casio but as I was wearing silver rings this went so well! I love it!
The 'Button Hole' Flowers I had to wear.
My nails for the wedding.

It was a lovely day in such a beautiful location!
Congratulations to my Mum and Simon and I'm actually back down in Devon again this weekend to visit my Australian cousin who came down as a suprise for the wedding!

Take care <3 p="">x

July Roundup

July was a pretty crazy month!

It kicked off with a mad weekend in London for my housemates birthday, a whole bunch of my pals came up and we all stayed in the same hotel. We ended up at an Industrial Goth night in Camden - it was mental. I've never had so much fun!

The there was the crazy heat-wave we had here in the UK, 3 weeks of sunshine was brilliant plus I got myself a little tan ;)

Here are some other things that have kept me smiling in July:

Tentative Decisions Bullet Necklaces
I was gifted these by Tentative Decisions and haven't stopped wearing them! They are also my blog sponsors for August so check out their site :)
Rainbow Lightbulb!
I got this from dotcomgiftshop - I love it so much! My whole room is a rainbow!
I added 4 more cacti to my terrarium!
Me, Ross and Prince went back down to Devon for the weekend.
We took a trip to Buckfast Abbey (home of the famous drink) it was so beautiful!
My mum bought me this amazing teapot for my new flat.
I've been reading loads this July I will do a separate post on the books I've bought (there are SO many)!

Don't forget to follow my Instagram for more up to date pictures of what I'm getting upto :)

What was the best thing about your July?

P.S I'm 3 GFC Followers away from 1500! That doesnt sound like alot but it means so much to me! I will be doing a giveaway as soon as I reach the goal ;) x

March Roundup.

March was probably a pretty uneventful month, it went on for ages and the weather was so annoying!

I did have a fair few fun days though, here are my favourite March moments:

Sitting with this little guy on my trip to St.Fagans (which you can see HERE).  He stayed for ages singing his head off! So cute!
My JuJu jelly shoes were the BEST purchase - so comfy and cute!
Cardiff St.Davids Ladies Night with Charli, Leanne and Gemma. Super fun to meet Cardiff bloggers and have a shop and a few wines ;)
This church was built in the 1300's and is in Widecombe in Devon. I went back home for  a week and had a walk about. Some of the graves were so old, they were written in Old English. One of them just said "Thy Will Be Done' - creepy!
This was also on my trip to Devon. It was basically in the middle of nowhere and is  Bronze Age burial ground. The creepy woods behind had a freezing chill even thought the sun was blazing!
Prince hanging out with his big sister Pippa who lives down in Devon.
Prince meeting his little pal Bubbles for the first time.
My goal for last month was the read more - I didn't do that. I actually started cross-stitching and also played a ton of Xbox games! Oppsie!

SO April's goal is: ACTUALLY read books!

I actually have no job/money right now so I'm going to have to scour online reading places/the library for my wishlist of books I want to read which are right HERE. (If anybody knows where I can read them for free online or something let me know!)

Hope you all had a great March and here's to Spring!

Fade To Red - outfit post!

Oh hi there!
I'm back from my Devon break back home now after a lovely fews days of being very spoilt (I'll post some pics soon) I'm back in Cardiff :)

We had a super sunny day not long back so we decided to head over to St.Fagans which is home to the Welsh National History Museum. It was HUGE, a huge open-air museum with lots of buildings and gardens with exhibitions in - it was so cool and it was free!

Dip-Dye Backless Sweater - c/o Even & Odd
Skater skirt - ASOS
Pentagram Necklace
St.Fagans
I love this cute little sweater, part of the new S/S13 campaign from Even&Odd. You can check out some more cute items HERE.
Girl got the biggest booty.
This was the most clear shot I got of the back unfortunately. It's VERY open but I teamed it with a cute River Island bikini top - you can see it properly on THIS super old post where I look skinny (wah).
:)
We went upstairs in a super old tea-room, it was busy when we got there but I probably scared everyone off by how excited I was.
Cream-Tea!

Also when I went back home I bought a mini cross-stitch - OH HOW FUN! I loved it so much I've bought some more to do :D

Hope ya'll are doin good!

February Favorites Roundup

First off, Happy St.Davids Day to all my lovely Welsh pals! I love living in this beautiful country and also love scoffing Welsh Cakes!

February always dashes by so fast, but the best part of year is on its way - SPRING!

Here are the high-lights of my February:

Prince was given a Purple Rain guitar replica. He is honestly the sassiest cat I've ever come across - he loves it!

My London trip (see HERE) was definitely the highlight of the month - I never go there so being a total tourist was awesome!
I said in my January Roundup post that I wanted to bake more - and I did! I made these coffee cupcakes and they were super delish!
Valentines Day I added this beauty to my arm. Cleopatra has a crazy history behind her, if you ever get bored, watching a documentary on her and her rein is a must! (by my dear old housemate Bradley Tompkins).
BBQ breakfast on the beach with my family and friends back home in Devon was such a high-light! I hadn't been back since Christmas so I was super excited. I also got a new car its a Polo it's so cute and nice to drive!
Matching my nails and my new hair to my late Christmas gift of Unicorn plasters .
Silly cathead.
As far as months go this one has been pretty sweet!

My goal for March is to read more books! I'm going to start by adding loads to my amazon wishlist.

Hope you all have a swell weekend!

p.s This month I've also been loving sunglasses from SmartBuyGlasses.

Things I've Loved This Week!

Here are the things I've been lusting over this week:

I am so in love with this Black & Red Dip-Dye Skirt from Fashion Union.
Never a fan of Urban Outfitters prices BUT this gorgeous Native Stripe Tapestry Throw is on sale for the bargainous £22! Somebody tell me to stop looking at homewares!
I've never squealed so much, how awesome would Prince look in this Prince Cat Bed from Pet London?!
This cheeky little T-Shirt from RedRock has been on my Amazon Wishlist for a while now ;)
How beautiful is this Pink Fire Opal ring!
Oval Deer brooch - super cute!
I really super want a Instax Mini 25 - I need to stop looking and wanting all the cameras!

Also if you follow me on Instagram (username: cowbiscuits) there is a picture up of my tattoo I mentioned in my last post :) Also a picture of Prince playing a mini guitar.

Hope you all have an amazing weekend I'm off back down to Devon to pick up my new car eee!!

Trip to Totnes.

For those who don't know, Totnes is a small village about 10 minutes away from where I live in Devon (in the UK), it's full of people who are into Organic and handmade stuff and they all dress a little strange. I don't mean this in a negative way I think its great that they don't care what others think and everyone is happy and very friendly.

First up I went to a shop called Gazebo - I wanted to buy every single thing there! It has alot of Cath Kidson which I'm not a fan of BUT every other single thing had to be mine from cute deer to nesting dolls - I loved it!

Here's what I bought:
Mushroom money box

Clip bird - to sit in my vintage bird cage I got for Christmas.

Cute deer and kitty postcards - just to stick on my wall.

Also went to a few charity shops and picked up:

Nesting doll keychain - £1

A biiig mixed bag of fabric for £3 (more than pictured)
and that pink one was £3 for over 2 metres and I love the retro pattern!

On the way home we popped into one of my favorite garden centers - Fermoy's:

And this really cute nesting doll was only 99p!

Phew!
So there's a long post to make up for the short ones - and (I deserve a medal for this...) I still have NO 't' button!
What did you get upto on the weekend?
